Cancellation Policy

We need to be notified of cancellation in writing, either by letter or e-mail. If you cancel more than 14 days prior to your reservation date you will receive a full refund, less an administration fee of £10 per room per night.

If you cancel less than 14 days prior to your reservation date you will be liable for the whole amount of your booking. If however we manage to re-let your room you will receive a full refund less the administration fee of £10 per room per night.

Conditions and Rules

• We operate a strictly no smoking policy anywhere in Aria House
• Check in between 4pm and 6pm unless prior arrangement is made. Check out 10:30am latest
• Breakfast is between 8:30am and 9:15am unless prior arrangement is made
• Regrettably we do not accept children

These conditions are in place so we can make your stay an enjoyable and relaxed experience.
